Despite the greater efficiency provided by the use of machinery, we have intentionally resorted back to the traditional method of sanding each louvre and panel component by hand, prior to the last application of paint. This is a time-consuming and meticulous process, but it results in the lustrous finish of our Toronto shutters, for which we are well-known and acclaimed.
